SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • International Priority Shipping: 7-21 days

  • International express shipping: 7-14 days

 

In-store pickup: Will only be available for local customers who are able to pick up orders in-store. All out of state orders must be shipped via standard, express, or international shipping. All invoices must be paid before the order is shipped. If the invoice is not paid customer will incur a 20% restocking fee before the order is refunded.

 

Due to COVID-19 shipping times may extend longer than usual.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Orders are eligible for EXCHANGE only. ITEMS MUST BE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

 

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date of package or 14 days after the purchase is made online for In-Store Pick Ups. All exchanges must be pre-approved before shipping an item back. Please email before shipping to get an exchange authorization. Once the package is received, one of our associates will call to complete the exchange. Refunds and Store Credits are not an option!

 

IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS: will only be held for 14 days, an invoice for shipping will be sent after 14 days and must be paid within 7 days to prevent being charged a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

All items purchased during a sale or on sale, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, white clothing, and custom made items are FINAL SALE. Return the package to the address listed on the package. (Return shipping costs are the customers' responsibility/We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer).

 

ONLY ONE EXCHANGE IS PERMITTED PER ORDER. On the packing slip please circle the item you are exchanging and include the item and the slip inside the package.
